Meet the Designer

Born across the creek from the world’s fastest rodeo in Livermore California—Zoe Anastasia was introduced to the spirit of the American West from an early age. Traveling across the country as a child and eventually settling in New England, she was exposed to different communities and ways of life. These experiences continue to influence her work today.

Zoe’s passion for design began at age ten, when she started creating dresses for her Barbie dolls. With the guidance of her grandmother, who taught her to sew, that childhood creativity grew into a passion for designing garments for herself and eventually into a vision for her own brand. Her love for country dancing, nature, and a hard working lifestyle, further shaped her design perspective.

Driven by her goal of building a brand of her own, Zoe attended Whittier Technical Vocational High School, where she earned a certificate in Marketing and Business before continuing her education at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, where she recently completed her BFA in Fashion Design.

Now an emerging New England–based fashion designer, Zoe combines her appreciation for fine craftsmanship with a passion for slow fashion and the creative reuse of discarded materials and garments. Her work thoughtfully tells a story, blending Western American culture and blue-collar trades into works of art that capture the wearer’s heart and soul. Through her designs, Zoe strives to make blue-collar living feel elevated while remaining authentic, rugged, and true to its roots.
